MDWAT 102B NC Rotary Table from LMC Workholding

The MDWAT NC Rotary Table offers smooth and accurate part rotation across two separate axes of moments.

It can rotate the workpiece within a plane that can be repositioned through a horizontal-to-vertical 90° arc swing. It is completely submersible due to stainless steel construction/environmental seals, as well as the grounded table/built in current collector design.

Its footprint measures just 445mm wide × 399mm deep × 240mm high (17.52"W × 15.71"D × 9.45"H). Compact motors/drive systems combine to deliver three times the driving torque of conventional tables — features typically found on larger models only. Application dependent, controlled via marriage to the main EDM unit's system or dedicated control system supplied by LMC.

A number of different chucking solutions can be applied. Two air port rotary union is standard for power chucking systems.
